We ship within 24 hours excluding Sundays and Holidays via USPS Priority Mail. We also offer USPS Express shipping for rushed orders.

Customs – Import Duties
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; GATTA Bag, LLC has no control over these charges, nor can GATTA Bag predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Orders received after business hours will be processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, excluding holidays.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange merchandise within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise must be in perfect, unused or unaltered condition and returned with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned item and its replacement. We suggest you obtain tracking information and appropriate insurance coverage from your preferred shipping company. GATTA Bag, LLC. reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refunds or exchanges to be processed.
We inspect each of our bags for quality control, should there be any issue due to manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange the bag for you within 15 days of delivery date.
