U.S. Shipping

Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $50 

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination.

Shipping Options: 

  • Standard shipping - Est. Delivery Time 3-5 Business Days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Est. Delivery Time 2 Business Days

 

Shipping time does not include processing time. For UPS 2nd Day Air, please keep in mind that processing time is not included and can take 2-3 business days. If you need your order sooner, please send us an email. Pre-orders will be shipped when item becomes available. 

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS United States Postal Service except for some countries where we use UPS.

 

Shipping Options:

  • USPS First Class – Est. Delivery Time 15-45 Business Days

  • UPS Expedited 3-5 Business Days

 

Please keep in mind that USPS delivery time can take up to 60 days due to the pandemic and customs delays. If you need your order sooner, we recommend upgrading to UPS.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

The Est. Delivery Time is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time. Packages may be delayed by the destination country customs, postal service, or unprecedented events. USPS and UPS provide the Estimated Delivery Time.

Customs – Import Duties

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all destination country laws and regulations. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; GATTA Bag, LLC has no control over these charges, nor can GATTA Bag predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
